Today, Governor Deval Patrick signed the bill repealing the 1913 law which prevented non-resident same-sex couples from marrying in Massachusetts, as covered here and here. Now many couples don't have to trek all the way across the country to tie the knot! Hopefully, the coasts won't be the only options for betrothed gay couples in the future.
